I scheduled our carpet cleaning day with Deb (through emails and phone confirmation). Dan called to let me know he was on his way – and he arrived on time, ready to clean our rooms upstairs (we were his last stop for the day). He was very thorough, examining rooms where our dog had a couple of “accidents”. He cleaned the four rooms – taking care of those special trouble areas. We have used Chem-Dry in our previous home (Las Vegas) with great results…Heart of Texas Chem-Dry is our “new” carpet cleaning folks. Thank you for great customer service Deb and Dan.
