Dan from HOT Chem-Dry was very professional and informative. He previewed the area to be cleaned and explained the pre-treatment and cleaning process needed. As this was older carpet with matted high traffic areas, I was sceptical whether it could be saved. I was pleasantly surprised with the result however, their process not only cleaned the carpet, but lifted the high traffic areas. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who wants a more professional and thorough cleaning than other methods can provide.
